After Turbo C, Turbo C++ was Borland's home and entry level offering for a C/C++ compiler for MS-DOS and Windows. For a time, it was sold along side their professional Borland C++ product line.
Turbo C++ for Windows is an entirely 16-bit Windows development system for Windows 3.0 and Windows 3.1. It includes a GUI Integrated Development Environment, a Windows resource editor, and Turbo Debugger.
Note: The installer is buggy and may complain about corrupt files if installed from floppy. Instead, copy all files to a folder on a hard drive and install from there.
