Bank Street Writer is an easy to use word processor intended for beginners and educational use. It was very popular on the Apple II, but also had ports for Atari, Commodore 64, MSX, Macintosh, IBM PC, and IBM PCjr.
Wanted: Non-"plus" version for the IBM PC.
This version is for the IBM PC/PC XT/PC AT/PCjr running DOS. Bank Street Writer Plus is similar to Bank Street Writer III but published by Broderbund instead of Scholastic, Inc. and without other educational material.
The software expects document files to be on drive A:
