hDC Icon Designer 2.0

hDC Icon Designer is a complete design studio for creating or modifying Microsoft Windows icon files. You can create icons by drawing or capturing part of the screen. It includes a number of useful drawing tools and you can store multiple icons in library files. hDC Icon Designer also includes a library of more than 200 pre-made icons.

This is part of hDC's "Micro Apps" series, and includes the hDC Micro Apps manager. Their other Windows 3.0 applications included hDC Power Launcher, hDC FirstApps, hDC FileApps, and hDC Windows Express.
